The Healthspan Program™

Frequently asked questions

Who is the program for?

Women in perimenopause or menopause who feel their health slipping, are ready to put a plan into practice, and want a physician-led program, not more information.

What is The Healthspan Program?

A 10-month structured, physician-led program to restore health and optimize healthspan in the perimenopause and menopause transition. 40 weeks, 5 phases, 9 action plans.

What is the investment?

$7,500 for the 10-month program.

Who will I work with?

You will work directly with Dr. Amy Boutwell.

Does it replace my doctor?

No. The program complements your existing care. It is not a substitute for primary care.

How is this different from a menopause clinic or concierge practice?

This program will feel different from going to the doctor for a problem. We start with a comprehensive overview of your health and your most concerning symptoms. Based on your medical history, symptoms, labs and biometric data, and your priorities and goals, we develop a prioritized, sequenced strategy to restore your health. We break that strategy into practical, feasible, clinically meaningful action plans, balancing what matters most with the realities of your life and your preferences. Then we move into action, adjusting each step until it becomes part of your lifestyle.

Is this a quick fix?

No. Change takes time, but it doesn't take forever. I work with you in a focused, structured manner on improving your health, like the important, high-priority project that it is.

Where is the program available?

Available anywhere, following an initial in-person assessment in Lexington, Massachusetts.

What happens at the Meet & Greet?

A 20-minute conversation to discuss whether the program is the right next step for you.
